For tapas we will move south with some of its most appreciated tapas. Two cases of Iberian acorn ham. Some Iberian pork meatballs, some sardines in oil and two olives pate. We will also chop a cocktail of olives and pickles and everything will be accompanied with two snacks, salt rosequilletas and paprika square rosquilletas.

The rosquilletas are a typical artisan bakery product of the Valencian Community. In this case the format is square and they carry paprika (grounded bell pepper).

It is a mixture of natural ingredients based on oil, yeasts, flours, water and salt, which are kneaded and processed manually until they take an elongated and irregular shape. Its traditional flavor, along with its crunchy texture, make this product perfect to consume at any time of the day, either as a magnificent aperitif, a healthy snack or as an accompaniment to exquisite dishes.

Dishes made with all the flavor of our land. Iberian pork meatballs in sauce from the Jabugo Recipes is a traditional flavor. Handcrafted in our facilities by our chefs. Ready to open and eat at home.

Sardinillas in oil

Canned sardines are a food of high nutritional value. We could say that, on a nutritious level, the sardines take the gold medal. The starting point is the selection in the small, fresh and high quality sardine slice. Immediately, we take them to the factory, where we clean them perfectly by hand. We roast them in the steam and finally pack them, one by one. The time elapsed between capture and preserve is minimal, thus guaranteeing a delicious product that keeps all its richness and properties intact.
