Today we will enjoy the best artisan cheese Tapas in Castellón. We will start with a truffled sheep's cheese, followed with cured sheep cheese and finish with aged sheep's cheese. We can serve them with two artisan rosquilleta snacks. The cheese can also be accompanied with prepared bread and combined with a can of extra virgin olive oil of Borriolenca variety from Bardomus.
