Piquillo peppers stuffed with meat

We select the best piquillo peppers and roast them with wood from Haya. We peel them without water so that they do not lose their flavor, we fill them in a delicate bechamel with beef and pork. It is a very laborious process with a delicious result. It highlights its low fat content (4 %) and is gluten-free.

Ingredients: Piquillo peppers (38 %), water, lean beef (6%), lean pork (6%), milk, onion, tomato, rice flour, vegetable oil (sunflower), leek, carrot, rice, garlic, salt and spices

Pork rib in barbecue sauce

Pork ribs stewed in barbecue sauce and accompanied by potato, carrot, leek and pepper, which give this surprising elaboration in a very complete dish to taste at any time of the year.

Ingredients: Pork rib, barbecue sauce (tomato, sugar, wine vinegar, salt, modified corn starch, corn starch, onion, preservatives: potassium sorbate and potassium benzoate, aromas, acidic: citric acid), leek garlic, carrot, potato, piquillo pepper, cornmeal, olive oil and salt.
